The music video was filmed at Hampton Court House School in London by acclaimed British director Sophie Muller in February 2008. The video is inspired by fashion design, and features Lewis performing in front of "unrelated photographic set-ups", and showing what goes on behind the scenes. Parts of the video also feature Lewis with a horse.
For the US release, the "Better In Time" music video was slightly changed. The scenes featuring Lewis with a horse were replaced with additional shots from the other parts of the video. It first premiered in the US on VH1's Top 20 Countdown on June 28, 2008, following the week of June 17, 2008 when the single was first expected to be released.
The following week it debuted at number two and since then it has peaked at number one on the countdown. On August 16, 2008, "Better in Time," once again, reached the #1 spot after being absent from the spot for numerous weeks.

There are two music videos for "Bleeding Love". The first was directed by Melina and was filmed in Los Angeles. It is set in an apartment block and features six storylines about couples in different stages of relationships: "The video is extremely emotional and shows everything from first love and unbridled passion to heartbreak, loss and anger.
Lewis stated that it is "real colourful, very funky, has lots of extras and I get to really perform." Melina explained her meaning of the video in an interview on MTV's Making the Video, saying that the water in the video is a metaphor for the tenants' love problems, as if the apartments are bleeding love.
For the video, Lewis wore a £100,000 Dolce & Gabbana crystal-encrusted dress, which weighed forty pounds, and reportedly had an entourage of 150 people on set, including five stylists flown out from the UK. The same dress was later worn by Victoria Beckham in the video for "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)".
The video first aired on 17 October 2007, and was uploaded to popular video-sharing website YouTube the same day. After two weeks, the video had been viewed over three million times. As of 8 February 2008, it has been viewed over 23 million times. It is currently the 35th most viewed video of all time on YouTube.
Lewis filmed a second video in New York City for the US release of "Bleeding Love". The treatment for the video was written by Ryan Tedder and it was directed by Jesse Terrero. The video premiered in the United States on 29 January 2008 on PerezHilton.com and Yahoo! Music. It was uploaded to YouTube on 30 January 2008. Its television debut was on 4 February 2008 on VH1 as part of their "You Oughta Know" campaign.
