Katy Perry - Ur So Gay [Music Video - DVDRip]

"Ur So Gay" is the debut single of singer Katy Perry from her album One of the Boys. The music video for "Ur So Gay" depicts Perry singing the song with animated clouds and grass surrounding her and her blue guitar. It occasionally cuts to a storyline featuring a Barbie version of Katy. Capitol Records offered this song as a free download on her website.

The song brought Perry to the attention of Madonna who mentioned on the KRQ 93.7 JohnJay & Rich morning show in Arizona that "Ur So Gay" was her "favorite song right now," as well as another mention on Ryan Seacrest's Morning Show.

Katy Perry - Hot N' Cold [Music Video - TVRip]

The video was shot in Los Angeles early in September. It premiered at MySpace on October 1, 2008. The video was added to iTunes on October 10, 2008.

The music video begins at a wedding, as the vows are said between Katy and her soon-to-be husband, Alexander. However, he backs out, and the song is performed as Katy chases him across town and mentally brutalizes him for having cold feet.

The song ends with Katy standing over the groom with a zebra standing beside her, and revealing this was all a 'what-if' vision the groom was having if he had refused. He accepts, and the video ends with the two running down the aisle to a cheering, crowded church. As of October 13th, the song has received more than 2 million views on YouTube. The video has also peaked at #1 on iTunes Top Music Videos Virtual Store.

Maroon 5 feat. Rihanna - If I Ever See Your Face [Music Video - DVDRip]

The music video, directed by Anthony Mandler, was shot on an indoor soundstage in Castaic, California on April 23, 2008. One of the sets had to be repainted between takes.

An MTV News reporter called the video "a fairly glam affair", and Levine referred to it as "this kind of ultra-glamorous, photography-based, late-'70s/ early-'80s situation" and "really stylish and really beautiful", saying that "[Rihanna's] physical presence is undeniable".

The Guardian wrote, "The concept appears to be high-end erotica [...] If the [smartly furnished] sets resemble the kind of rooms nobody really lives in, then Rihanna sports a selection of outfits nobody really wears".

The video premiered on May 13 on Total Request Live. Rihanna said on The Today Show, when she went to perform for the Toyota Concert Series, and MTV's TRL that this was once of her favorite videos to make and enjoyed it.

The video features scenes in which Levine and Rihanna, according to The Guardian, "flirt professionally with each other" at a table (seated opposite each other), in a bedroom and on a couch.

Another setting presents Maroon 5 performing the song before Rihanna, who approaches Levine to share the microphone with him. Levine and Rihanna occasionally make violent gestures—such as scratching and hair-pulling—toward each other during the video.

Coldplay - Viva La Vida [Music Video - DVDRip]

"Viva la Vida" (English: "Live the Life") is the second single released from the English alternative rock band Coldplay's 2008 album, Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends. It was initially released only with iTunes Store pre-orders of the album on 7 May 2008, later becoming a download-only single on 25 May 2008 and a physical CD single in Europe on 29 July 2008.

Unlike the typical arrangement of Coldplay songs, in which the piano and/or guitar dominate, "Viva la Vida" mostly consists of a string section playing the song's upbeat riff, along with a steady bass drum beat, bass guitar, electric guitar and Chris Martin's vocals.

The song was used in an advertising campaign for Apple Inc.'s iPod and iTunes Store, while Coldplay performed the song live for the first time at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards. It was sampled by Swizz Beats on his song "That Oprah."

"Viva la Vida"'s music video, directed by Hype Williams, premiered on Coldplay.com on August 1st. A second, alternate video was released alongside it, directed by Anton Corbijn and is a tribute to Corbijn's video for Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence".
