Demi Lovato feat. Joe Jonas - This Is Me (Camp Rock Soundtrack) [Music Video - TVRip]

"This Is Me" is a single from the Disney Channel Original Movie Camp Rock that is featured on the film's soundtrack. It was released on June 17, 2008 on iTunes digital music store for its acoustic full version; however, the original version (on the soundtrack) is not being released independently on iTunes, but it can be purchased as a single track on iTunes from the soundtrack.

The original peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 at #9 for the issue dated July 12, 2008 and spent a total of seven weeks on the chart. This is the song that Demi Lovato's character, Mitchie Torres, sang in Camp Rock with Joe Jonas's character, Shane Gray. As Mitchie, Lovato wrote the song in the beginning of the film, and was later heard (in an acoustic version on piano) by Shane, who set out to search for the girl behind the amazing voice.

After most people performed in the "Final Jam" session, Mitchie sang the song (original version), and Shane saw her, and he joined in the performance and sang part of the song he wrote, "Gotta Find You". The two songs are combined to make the original version, as featured on the soundtrack. The original version of the song samples "We Can Go Anywhere", a song by pop singer Jesse McCartney on his album Right Where You Want Me. In France, Disney chose an unknown girl, Sheryne, for a re-record of the song in French language.

Aly and AJ - Like Whoa [Music Video - DVDRip]

On December 3, 2007, Aly & AJ announced, via a blog on their MySpace, that the video for "Like Whoa" would be shot during the same week. The girls also stated that they shot the video with director Scott Speer and that "it's very different from what we've already done".

Pictures from the shoot of the music video had leaked onto the internet on December 15, 2007, showing them in four different sets, Aly jumping on the trampoline, both of them on a sofa and similar scenes with microphones as in the music video of "Potential Breakup Song" amongst others. The video hit YouTube on January 18, 2008.

Disney Channel first aired the music video intertwined with clips of the original movie, Minutemen, on January 19, 2008 to promote the film. Vice versa, the song was featured in the film to promote both the song as the album a bit. The official music video, without clips of Minutemen, was released on February 1, 2008 on the Hollywood Records YouTube channel. The video has been released to Canada's MuchMusic, Yahoo! and it also has been shown on MTV Asia, reaching number 2 on the Chart Attack.

Leona Lewis - Better In Time [Music Video - DVDRip]

The music video was filmed at Hampton Court House School in London by acclaimed British director Sophie Muller in February 2008. The video is inspired by fashion design, and features Lewis performing in front of "unrelated photographic set-ups", and showing what goes on behind the scenes. Parts of the video also feature Lewis with a horse.

For the US release, the "Better In Time" music video was slightly changed. The scenes featuring Lewis with a horse were replaced with additional shots from the other parts of the video. It first premiered in the US on VH1's Top 20 Countdown on June 28, 2008, following the week of June 17, 2008 when the single was first expected to be released.

The following week it debuted at number two and since then it has peaked at number one on the countdown. On August 16, 2008, "Better in Time," once again, reached the #1 spot after being absent from the spot for numerous weeks.

The Ting Tings - That's Not My Name [Music Video - DVDRip]

"That's Not My Name" is the second single by British dance-pop duo The Ting Tings from their debut studio album We Started Nothing. The song was originally released as a double A-side with "Great DJ" by independent record label Switchflicker on May 28, 2007. After heavy promotion and support from BBC Radio 1 and the NME, the single was re-released individually on May 12, 2008 on Columbia Records.

"That's Not My Name" went to number one in the UK Singles Chart on May 18, 2008, seeing off competition from well-established acts like Rihanna, Madonna and will.i.am. The following week, however, the single was replaced by Rihanna's single "Take a Bow" at number one. The single received favourable reviews from critics upon re-release, with the NME describing it as "no-flab electro-pop nugget", while Q Magazine described it as "a snatch of Hey Mickey-style handclaps and a gobbily staccato vocal, stitched together to fashion a groove that’s as instant and familiar".

Digital Spy compared the single to a "well-shaken can of cola", and added "[the track is] brimming with sticky, yummy, fizzy goodness". The song has two music videos. The first features Jules and Katie (the band members) on a white background performing the song on a set, with interferring scenes of Katie with blue and pink backgrounds. This was the video that was used to promote the song and album upon its 2007 release.

This video is visually similar to the video for Toni Basil's Hey Mickey, in keeping with the extensive audio similarities. Columbia produced a 2008 video, with them performing again on a different set, with more equipment and flashing lights in the background. The video was sent to MTV. Another video was made for the acoustic version. All videos are live action.

All Time Low - Poppin' [Music Video - TVRip]

"Poppin' Champagne" is the third single off the album So Wrong, It's Right by All Time Low. The title has been shorten to "Poppin'" due to the fact that the band members are underage (20) and MTV didn't want to promote underage drinking.

In the video the band members are playing characters that are similar to those of rap music videos. The band has a mock boy band dance scene during the bridge.

The music video was created in New York City in July, 2008. It premiered on August 1st, 2008 on MTV's FNMTV.

Eyes Set To Kill - Reach [Music Video - TVRip]

Eyes Set to Kill began in 2004 as a three-piece band from Phoenix, AZ, seeking a unique sound that would combine the soft, melodic feel of female vocals and gut-wrenching screaming, backed up by powerful instrumentals with a post-hardcore influence.

Alexia Rodriguez (Lead Guitar, Vocals), Anissa Rodriguez (Bass Guitar), and Lindsey Vogt (Lead Vocals), searched the local area for talented and dedicated musicians to create this sound and aid them in their quest to make a name for themselves amongst the many other talented bands coming out of Arizona.

After struggling to be heard for what seemed an eternity, the girls found their guys in mid-2005. Despite sharing the stage with several signed and unsigned artists, including Chiodos, Bless the Fall, Goodbye Tomorrow, My American Heart, and Greeley Estates, this initial combination was only temporary, and over the next several months, the band continued to undergo changes in their musical lineup.

Finally, in early 2006, three young gentlemen came into the picture to produce the uniquely refreshing, new and improved version of Eyes Set to Kill. Alex Torres, (Guitar), Brandon Anderson (Vocals), and Brett Litzler (Drums) joined the girls without hesitation.

Thee Armada - Rock Shock and Load [Music Video - TVRip]

Hailing from Houston- a city known more for its hip-hop alumnus than its rock bands- these self-proclaimed "boys from Texas" have come together from diverse musical backgrounds to form a passionate, driven five piece pop rock band intent on making an indelible impression on the music world.

The band- made up of vocalist Joshua Caddy, guitarists Bryan Shelton and Taylor Peek, bassist Michael Fillewicz, and drummer Brian Smith- started as many bands do, with the internet-aided connection of five like-minded individuals with an unwavering work ethic who lived for music.

After establishing themselves as the premiere headlining band in Houston's rock scene (a rise that included performances at both the Vans Warped Tour and Taste of Chaos in Houston) and self-releasing "The New You" EP, the band caught the eye of Foundation Recordings, a newly formed division of Latium Entertainment looking to make waves in the rock world.

Always looking to take the next step, the band went back into the studio to record two songs with Brian McTernan (Thrice, Circa Survive), and had the mixing duties handled by David Bendeth (Paramore, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus). The standout track "Rock, Shock & Load" has caused a stir on the internet, accompanied by an eye-catching, playful video echoing the often ostentatious Houston rap scene.
